All other animal control inquiries should go the County of San Diego Department of Animal Services at (619) 236-4250. You can download a Dog License Application here to mail in to EHS if you live in the cities of San Marcos or Escondido. To reach the animal control department, please call EHS at (760) 888-BARK (2278). If you are looking for a lost dog, please come to the facility as you are the only one who can identify your dog.
