Please note that:
Photos must contain only ANIMALS (no people)
High-resolution, horizontal layout photos have a better chance of being voted as "Pets of the Month" (they enlarge better)
Copyrighted photographs are not accepted
We reserve the right to decline publication of any photograph for any reason (i.e., photos of animals in unsafe situations, or technical difficulties downloading photo). Should this happen, we'll notify you asap and refund your entry fee.
The calendar will be available at the shelter in December 2011.
Every entry will receive a FREE copy of the 2012 "Best Friends" Calendar, so you can proudly display your photogenic pet and show your love and support for animals in need. Calendars are regularly $20.
First 50 entries that meet the above guidelines are guaranteed to appear in "Best Friends 2012" Calendar in our "Community Collage." Winning photographs will appear as our famous "Pets of the Month."
